Budget package #3: (09 days/08 nights) San Jose-Arenal Volcano-Monteverde Cloud Forest-Manuel Antonio Beach-San Jose

Day 01: San Jose

Upon arrival at Juan Santamaria International airport, our driver will meet and transfer you to KC Colaye Hotel, located 5 minutes away by car from  San Jose downtow, this is a small and cozy hotel.

Day 02: San Jose/ Arenal

Breakfast. Tour to Arenal Volcano, Costa Rica’s most spectacular geological attraction. On the way you will visit Sarchi Ox-cart Factory and then you will enjoy a delicious Costa Rican lunch in Arenal Area. At afternoon you will visit Baldi hot springs, where you can sooth your muscles in the clear, relaxing thermal springs. Overnight at La Pradera Hotel (standard room), which offers spectacular views of the volcano, from the private balcony.

Day 03: Arenal

Breakfast. Free time to enjoy the area.Overnight at La Pradera Hotel (standard room).

Day 04: Arenal/ Monteverde

In the morning, you will travel to Monteverde by land and boat transportation crossing the Arenal Lake. Monteverde is the Costa Rica’s premier cloud forest. This 26,000-acre reserve is home to an astonishing diversity of plant and animal species. Overnight at Monteverde Villa Lodge.

Day 05: Monteverde

After breakfast, you will be taken to the Walkways; this is a unique system of suspension bridges that zigzag through deep canyons at the level of the treetops, then you will have free afternoon to enjoy other attractions of the area. Overnight at Monteverde Villa Lodge.

Day 06: Monteverde/ Manuel Antonio

Breakfast. Departure to Manuel Antonio National Park. Overnight at Cabinas Playa Espadilla. Located only steps from the entrance to the most famous national park in the country. The town of Quepos, with all it's amenities, is also just 5 kilometers away.

Day 07: Manuel Antonio

After breakfast,you will have free time to enjoy the area. We recommend you to visit Manuel Antonio National Park. Manuel Antonio National Park is a small biological oasis weighted down by the pressure of many and conflicting local enterprises such as: agriculture, livestock and a highly developed tourism. This national park contains some of the most beautiful scenery in the country. Overnight at Cabinas Playa Espadilla.

Day 08: Manuel Antonio/San Jose

Enjoy your breakfast and spend a free morning relaxing at the beach, in the afternoon you will be transferred to San Jose. Overnight at The Palm House.

Day 09: San Jose/ Home departure

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
