With this adventure package you will enjoy the Caribbean Area and Cahuita National Park, Arenal area, and Monteverde Cloud Forest.

Itinerary:

Day 01: San Jose

Upon arrival at Juan Santamaria International airport, our driver will meet and transfer you to The Palm House Hotel in San Jose, a small and cozy hotel, located just one block from the National Museum.

Day 02: San Jose / Pacuare River Rafting / Puerto Viejo Beach

White water rafting tour. Pick up at your hotel, enjoy a typical breakfast in route. Once in the river, you’ll battle powerful rapids and rolling waves that spill over the sides of the raft drenching everyone with excitement and fun. Lunch on the way. Continue to Puerto Viejo beach in the Caribbean Area. Overnight at Cabinas Guarana.

Day 03: Puerto Viejo Beach/Cahuita National Park

Snorkeling in Cahuita National Park. You will visit the many unique marine and terrestrial ecosystems of Cahuita National Park; its one of the most beautiful regions of the country. Its main attraction is a picture postcard reality of white sandy beaches, thousands of swaying palm trees, a calm sea of crystal-clear water and a live coral reef. In a glass fiber boat, plus Capitan and guide, you will be able to appreciate: 35 different coral species such as: You can practice the snorkelling for 2 or 3 hours, in different places of the most important Coral Reef of Costa Rica.

After the snorkelling, the boat capitan will take you to Cahuita Point. Right there, if you want, you can swim in the peaceful and warm water of the Caribbean Sea while you take a refreshment of tropical fruits. Overnight at Cabinas Guarana.

Day 4: Puerto Viejo Beach / Arenal Volcano

In the morning transfer to Arenal Area by shuttle bus. In the afternoon visit to Tabacon hot springs to enjoy the thermal waters, from Tabacon you will be able to see the Arenal Volcano. Buffett dinner included. Overnight at La Pradera Hotel (standard room).

Day 5: Arenal / Monteverde Cloud Forest/ Horseback riding

Breakfast. Transfer by land and boat transportation to Monteverde area. In the afternoon horseback riding to El Rodeo, includes transportation and a two-hour tour at a local family farm. Overnight at Los Cipreses Hotel, a welcoming place surrounded by beautiful gardens where you can take pleasure in the natural feeling of Monteverde’s mountains as well as the personalized attention of the owners

Day 6: Monteverde Cloud Forest/Canopy Tour and Walkways

Breakfast. you will be taken to the Walkways; this is a unique system of suspension bridges that zigzag through deep canyons at the level of the treetops and also enjoy the canopy tour adventure, then you will have free afternoon to enjoy other attractions of the area. Overnight at Los Cipreses hotel.

Day 07: Monteverde / San Jose

Breakfast. Free morning, we recommend you to visit Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve where you can see a lot of birds and vegetation. In the afternoon, transfer to San Jose. Overnight at The Palm House Hotel.

Day 08: San Jose / Home departure

Breakfast. Private transfer to International Airport.
